Happy Tuesday, friends! There’s no official blog post today, just a reminder for you to breathe.
It is 100% okay to take a mental health day for yourself. Your job will survive, your family will survive, and whatever else you’re worried about will survive! Your mental health should be high priority for you. So, if you find yourself overwhelmed, overworked, and overlooked today, just breathe with me. Today, is set up for you to have that safe place to take a break.

Good! I hope that this helped to remind you to take a moment today and everyday to breathe. Say a quick prayer and then get back to what you were doing. Don’t feel the need to walk around with the weight of whatever you’re responsible before. Let the Holy Spirit carry that burden for you so that you can truly enjoy and experience where He has you. I love you, have the best day!!
Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank you. That’s it. We just thank you. For breathe in our lungs and a new day of opportunity. We thank you for rest and we thank you that you desire us to rest. I pray over every person that needed to be reminded to just breathe today.They are safe within you. We love you. In Jesus name, Amen.
